When you are writing your manuscript, you may decide to use material for which you do not own the copyright. You will therefore need to approach the copyright owner(s) to ask them their permission to use their material.

You will need to download the Copyright Permission Form below, fill in the relevant sections and send it to the copyright owner. They will then sign or stamp the form and return it to you. You must then send all of the original – and not photocopied - forms to Biohealthcare Publishing (Oxford) Limited when you submit your manuscript.
